We arrived early this afternoon and it was frigin' hot and humid- a far cry from the dry snowy conditions back home.
We'll write more as it happens but for now, we're off to dinner and then most likely sleep. Red eyes are great, and so is first class, but it is no match for a bed. To say we're groggy is putting it mildly. We got a few hours in the ocean, champagne, and red stripe beer, not bad for a first day on 3 hours sleep.
Our chauffeur picked us up and gave us a tour of the 'hood' before heading to the Ritz
The airport, we had to walk a looooong way to clear immigration and customs, definitely not the TSA, makes you appreciate what we have back home
